The construction industry is evolving rapidly, and the demand for skilled professionals has never been greater. The Teacher Industry Exchange programme creates meaningful partnerships between employers and educators, helping ensure the next generation of construction talent is equipped with the knowledge, behaviours and practical skills employers truly need.
At the East Midlands CTEC, we are working closely with industry partners to bridge the gap between education and employment by bringing real-world expertise directly into the classroom.
Whether you are a local SME, national contractor, supplier, consultant or specialist trades business, partnering with us through the Teacher Industry Exchange offers an opportunity to influence future talent, strengthen your organisation’s profile and support the development of the construction workforce.
